GRAUER and Weil India Ltd, leaders in the area of metal finishing in the country, on Wednesday announced a formal alliance with Sidasa of Spain, global technology leader in functional coatings, a part of Unicoating.

The joint venture will be called `Growel Sidasa India Pvt Ltd' and will be headquartered in India. This venture has commenced operations in India with a wide range of chemical products for the automobile Industry.

Growel Sidasa India will be 50 per cent owned by Grauer & Weil India Ltd. and 50 per cent owned by Sida S.A.

The joint venture will have manufacturing facility at Dadra while its administrative & corporate office will be based in Mumbai. The products will be marketed in South Asian Countries, UAE, Australia, and New Zealand & Thailand.
