Hyderabad , Feb. 2

HINDUSTAN Lever Ltd (HLL) is targeting a three per cent market share in the organised tea market for its new product — Brooke Bond Red Label Natural Care.

Announcing the launch here on Tuesday, Mr Anand Ramachandran, Marketing Manager of Brooke Bond, said the product comprises five natural ingredients — adrak, ashwaghandha, mulethi, elaichi and tulsi.

Red Label Natural Care is being positioned as a wellness product. "We hope to create a new segment of users within the tea-consuming population," he said.

The product is available in two variants — 250 gm (Rs 53) and 100 gm (Rs 20). Mr Ramachandran said the Rs 6,400-crore organised tea market has emerged as the second biggest beverages segment after the Rs 7,000-crore carbonated soft drinks market.
