`No police complaint against Bellary Steel'

BANGALORE: KSFC has not filed any police complaint in the share dispute with Bellary Steel. Dr Padmanabha, Deputy GM, KSFC, told Business Line: "A complaint to the SEBI was filed. No police complaints have been made so far." Besides debenture redemption, dues from Bellary Steel were also from a lease transaction of pollution control equipment valued at Rs 8 crore. On this, he said, it would recover dues by repossessing the asset. For this, KSFC has moved the local court, he added.
