VISAKHAPATNAM: ICICI Bank is conducting a three-day home loan fair at Viswapriya function hall on the beach road from Sunday.

Leading builders in the city are participating in the fair and over hundred properties are on display, according to Mr Kuldeep Bahuguna, a bank spokesman.

The rate of interest will be 7.75 per cent (floating) and 8.75 per cent (fixed). Loans against property and two-wheeler loans are also being sanctioned in the fair.
