Bangalore , Feb. 6

NANDAKI Systems and Archents, companies with distinct domain capabilities, have joined together to provide integrated solutions and services to their customers under the flagship `Case Consulting Group Inc'.

They have swapped shares into each other's entities, but decided to pursue their business through their individual brands. The Bangalore-based Nandaki Systems and the US-based Archents would work under a common leadership and management team globally, said Mr Subbu Iyer, Managing Director and CEO.

Nandaki has positioned itself as a `knowledge integration company' providing solutions from the design to the complete product life cycle.
