Mr Brian Fetherstonhaugh, Chairman and CEO, OgilvyOne Worldwide, told Business Line that the focus on healthcare and telecom marketing would be not be just in the digital space but across all areas. "In fact, healthcare companies have a huge opportunity to tap on the digital space. In the Indian healthcare industry, from the consumer's end to the physician's end and to the pharmacist's end, there are several places where digital marketing could play an important role. This is when healthcare companies have scope for search marketing and offer their target audience various types of solutions for their problems," he said. Mr Fetherstonhaugh also said the company would be spending more than a million dollars globally on digital training. For its Indian operations, the company plans to kick off an intensive eight module training programme on digital marketing. "It is essential for our people to know how to use the platform before they build a brand on it." Online media buying firm: To further its focus on digital platform, the agency has also announced the launch of online media buying company - Neo, which would specialise on digital media. "This company would give advice to our clients on the various digital platforms such as Internet advertising, mobile marketing and search marketing." He said Neo was launched internally in January, but the official rollout would be sometime next week. The launch of Neo has led to the break-up of mOne, its 50:50 joint venture with Group M, which specialises on online media buying.
