SEBI cancels Dundee MF registration

ON a request made by Dundee Mutual Fund, SEBI has cancelled the certificate of registration of Dundee Mutual Fund and withdrawn the approval granted to Dundee Investment Management and Research Pvt Ltd to act as the Asset Management Company.

Consequently, with immediate effect, the Dundee Mutual Fund, the Board of Trustees of Dundee Mutual Fund and the Dundee Investment Management and Research Pvt Ltd cannot carry out any activity as a mutual fund, trustees or AMC as the case may be, in accordance with the regulations, a SEBI press release said here.
