Mushroom fair on Feb 14 in Thiruvananthapuram

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Tropical Botanic Garden and Research Institute (TBGRI) is organising a mushroom fair in the city on February 14.

The three-day fair focuses on the usage and cultivation of mushrooms. Besides an exhibition, the fair will include lectures by experts on mushroom products.

A `mushroom clinic' will be set up wherein mushroom growers can discuss their problems with experts. Various food preparations made with mushrooms will also be available.
