GR Cables Ltd is convening the meeting of its board of directors on February 16 to consider allotment of 45-lakh equity warrants convertible into equal number of equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 2.55 per share as per the SEBI guidelines on preferential offers, the company informed the stock exchanges.
