Training to postal staff

HYDERABAD: The Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE) here is organising a five-day in-company training programme for the executives of the postal department on `Soft skills for marketing and customer care', during February 14-18, 2006.

The objectives of the programme are to develop marketing skills, which would enable the participants to market the products of the department effectively and increase the premium revenues in their divisions, according to a press release from the IPE.
