Colour Chem acquires Chemtreat

MUMBAI: Colour Chem Ltd has informed the BSE that it has acquired 100 per cent stake in Chemtreat Composites India Pvt Ltd, Navi Mumbai, and the manufacturing unit at Khopoli, at a cost of Rs 9 crore.

Chemtreat Composites India Pvt Ltd is involved in the manufacture of Polysilazane Resins.

Shares of Colour Chem fell by Rs 2.85 to Rs 332 in Tuesday's trade on the BSE.
