Sarovar ties up with Sahil Spa to manage Lonavala Property

Pune , Feb. 15

HOTEL management company Sarovar Hotels has entered into an alliance with the Pune-based Sahil Spa & Resorts to manage its Lonavala Property.

The 23-room property, set up at the cost of Rs 6 crore, will feature a professionally run spa, besides conferencing and banquetting facilities, according to Mr Vinay Phadnis, Chairman and Managing Director, Sahil Resorts. The resort, to be called Sahil Sarovar Portico, will now be owned by Sahil Resorts and managed by Sarovar Hotels.

"India has seen an unprecedented growth in both business and leisure segments. Leisure tourism has a phenomenal growth opportunity and hotels like Sahil are ideally placed to capitalise on this," said Mr Mansoor Adil, Regional Director, Sarovar Hotels.

In addition to the spa, the resort will also have other features such as hydromatic bath tub, an advanced version of the Jacuzzi with stream jets designed to rejuvenate and completely relax the body, along with the latest Ayurvedic treatments, massages and aromatherapy.

Sarovar Hotels is a multi-brand hotel management company that manages, franchises and markets 32 hotels and resorts under the Pak Plaza, Park Inn, Sarovar Premiere, Sarovar Portico and Hometel brands in the 3,4 & 5 Star categories.
