THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: State Bank of Travancore (SBT) is organising `Kindleteens,' a three-day leadership training programme for students going to the ninth and tenth standards.

An official spokesperson said here that the workshop, to be held from Friday at the Staff Training Centre at the head office here, would focus on personality development of children. The programme includes games on behavioural analysis, group interactions and interactive sessions with educationists, artists, sports personalities and social workers.

A clinical psychologist will observe the sessions, and will interact with parents to share the feedback. Those who wish to participate may forward entries through the respective school authorities. Schools in around the city of Thiruvananthapuram can contact the SBT Community Services Banking Department on phone (0471) 2352780.
