Nalsar students get good placements

Hyderabad , Feb. 16

THE students of National Academy of Legal Studies and Research University (Nalsar), located near Hyderabad, have notched up good placements with one student securing a placement with a law firm in London with an annual salary package of £24,000 (around Rs 18.5 lakh).

According to a statement from Nalsar, of the 57 students of the 2006 batch, about 15 of them are taking up practice at the Bar including some securing judicial clerkship at the Supreme Court.

Nine students are in the process of securing admission in reputed universities for pursuing Master's degree programme. These include George Washington University, Missouri University in the US, Cardiff University, London School of Economics and Kings College in the UK, School of Diplomacy in Geneva and Leiden University, Netherlands.
