Our Bureau

Mumbai , Feb. 20

JET Airways said it would serve vegetarian meals and snacks on flights with immediate effect.

"As a precautionary measure, Jet Airways has decided to temporarily discontinue serving chicken and egg dishes on all flights. However, the in-flight services will have a few non-vegetarian dishes other than chicken," the airline said in a news release.

All efforts will be made to revert to the normal non-vegetarian and vegetarian meals and snacks popular with our passengers as soon as the situation becomes normal, the airline said.
