New Delhi , Feb 20

THE Air Deccan board will meet in Bangalore in the first week of March to decide on when the airline should enter the market with its IPO, according to Mr G.R. Gopinath, Managing Director.

"The board will take a view on when to enter the market, the price band of the shares, and how much monies should be raised," he told newspersons on the sidelines of an industry meet with the French President, Mr Jacques Chirac.

The airline has already filed its draft red herring prospectus with the SEBI and expects to get the regulatory approvals within the next few days.
