New Dy Conservator of CPT

Kochi, Feb. 22

Captain Paul N. Joseph has assumed the charge of Deputy Conservator in Cochin Port Trust on Tuesday. He has been working as the Harbour Master in the port since July 2003.

Capt Joseph started his career as a mariner in 1977. After commanding various foreign-going vessels, he joined Cochin Port as a pilot in 1992.
