LML may go in for tie-up

New Delhi , Feb. 27

Two-wheeler maker LML on Monday said it was looking at inducting a strategic partner as part of the restructuring process of the company.

"LML has been working on restructuring of its business, which inter-alia includes the possibility of a strategic partnership," the company informed the stock exchange on Monday.

LML painted a grim picture on the production and sale front in the coming times. "Pending its (restructuring) outcome, the company's production, sale and normal operations may be adversely impacted," it said. Analysts point out that the company's sales have not picked up since the launch of its new models and the restructuring is intended at turning around the business.
