Moving Picture Company India Ltd has announced that its co-production documentary film, The Journalist And The Jihadi: The Murder of Daniel Pearl would debut on HBO Network later this year.

The film will be premiered at The Tribeca Film Festival in New York in late April, where it has been selected for special screening. It will also be screened at the Cannes Film Festival in May.

Narrated by CNN journalist Christiane Amanpour, the film is directed by Ramesh Sharma and Ahmed A. Jamal.

Moving Picture had earlier announced that it has signed an agreement with NL Films of the Netherlands to facilitate production of a Dutch Feature Film Zoop in India.
