Small car excise

One was shocked to hear the announcement in the Budget of a reduction in excise duty of small cars.

While in the US, hybrid cars are given tax breaks and there are tax deductions for using public transport, our Finance Minister has done the exact opposite.

The tax cut should be withdrawn as soon as possible and public transport encouraged in a big way.
