SilkAir has introduced special `summer holiday' fares for travel in March on its flights from Thiruvananthapuram to Singapore.

The special return fare for the airline's Thiruvananthapuram-Singapore flight on Fridays is Rs 6,315 excluding taxes, while the return fare for flights on other days of the week is Rs 7,400 excluding taxes, according to a SilkAir press release. The airline has also introduced a special `summer tour package'. The tour package, which is available only on the airline's Friday flights on the Thiruvananthapuram-Singapore sector, is priced at Rs 10,450 excluding taxes.
