Tally global certification course

Bangalore, March 3

Tally launched a global certification programme to grow its education business. The company also announced an investment of Rs 3 crore in a placement initiative.

"In the next three months, 400+ placement associates and executives will meet 3.5 lakh employers across the country to place TCPs," said Mr Avinash Gupta, CEO, Education & Training Business. Tally currently has 18 lakh users.

The certification programme is being launched with two tests - the Tally Financial Accounting Certification and the Tally Technologies Certification.

The company will offer participants TallySilver 7.2 and TallyDeveloper software through its global Tally Academy Network. This network is 800 strong in India and expected to increase to 2,000 by end of the year.
