Abby's Award entry date extended

Our Bureau

Mumbai, March 6

The Ad Club of Mumbai has announced that the last date for submitting entries is now extended to March 8. Agencies, filmmakers and creative community are encouraged to rush their entries.

The time for claiming the coveted Abby Award for creative excellence is soon drawing to a close. Participation continues to flow in from a number of agencies across India and the South Asian Region.

The 39th Annual Abby Awards will be held in Mumbai on March 31, at The Turf Club, Mahalakshmi, Mumbai.

Over the last 39 years, the Abby has become the `Mecca' for recognising the best creative talent. With over 1,500 awards now adorning as many creative desks, it's the benchmark for creative excellence.

Says Ms Kalpana Rao, President, Ad Club: "The Abby Awards is one of a kind. Every creative person aspires to win one. This is not an opportunity to be missed."

This year, the Ad Club has added new categories to recognise crafts people and these include film and print.
