Keynote to offer ESOP consulting

Hyderabad , March 7

Keynote Corporate Services Ltd has announced the launch of its dedicated ESOP (employee stock option plan) consulting division that seeks to assist companies in their efforts to reward employees through stock options. The Vice-President of Keynote, Mr Cherian M.J, who was previously a part of ESOP Direct, heading Keynote's new initiative, said: "With pay packages being linked to performance, ESOP has become an integral part of the compensation packages in many companies. Companies need expert assistance in designing ESOPs."

ESOPs do not come in one-size fits all packages. There are a lot of complex issues that arise starting from defining the objective of the scheme, compensation policies and pricing of these options to accounting issues around dilution and vesting terms of the options.

The Keynote's ESOP division can add value to organisations in structuring a tailor-made scheme.
