Our Bureau

Mumbai , March 7

State Bank of India has tied up with Nihilent, a business consulting and solutions integration company, to offer over-the-counter Customer Feedback System (CFS).

Nihilent is enabling the Mumbai circle of SBI to launch CFS, making it the first bank in the country to offer such a facility, said a press release.

Empower bank clients

CFS is an electronic feedback system, which will empower the bank's customers to provide feedback on real-time basis at the point of transaction of service. It will be installed on the customer's side of the service window.

A customer will have to answer five key questions related to service quality, assurance, reliability and responsiveness.

Real-time access

The bank's senior officials will have real-time access to customer feedback.

This would enable them to make changes to service, products and overall customer experience in the branches, the press release added.
