Centurion Bank of Punjab to raise Rs 250 cr

Mumbai, March 8

Centurion Bank of Punjab would be raising about Rs 250 crore through preferential issue of 12.9 crore equity shares to Citigroup Venture Capital International and India Value Fund.

The shares would be priced at Rs 19.25 each, said a press release from the bank.
