Hyderabad , March 9 "Constant reinvention is the best way to keep winning in this competitive world. The day you stop innovating, you could well be good for a museum," said Mr T. In most recruitment procedures, the maximum one gets is 30 minutes and occasionally 45 minutes to gauge these three important traits. Answering a range of questions from the students, Mr Hari said that attrition is acceptable and difficult to stop. Organisations are only devising ways of keeping employees happy in order to retain them. His advice to students was to achieve the ability to define contentment work challenge, money, etc. and never be satisfied on professional grounds. "It's a wonderful idea to bring Academia and Media together and involve industry professionals to interface with the student community," he said. Earlier, Mr G.S.
