Husys unveils HR support for SMEs

Hyderabad , March 10

Husys Consulting Pvt Ltd (HCPL), a Hyderabad-based HR consultancy company, has announced the launch of cost-effective HR support initiatives targeted at SMEs.

Speaking to newspersons, the HCPL Chief Facilitator, Mr G.R. Reddy, said that his company would provide HR Department Management solution for SMEs as a holistic support.

"It is a novel concept of an HR company managing the HR department of another company. By availing of our services, the companies in the SME sector don't need to hire or manage any HR personnel.

"They can do away with a large team of HR professionals for both existing and long-term growth. We will assume the responsibility and accountability for all the HR-related activities of the SMEs," Mr Reddy said. To provide the services, HCPL is primarily targeting start-ups, organisations that have been around for long but have never had HR departments, and also companies where HR is handled by other functions, Mr Reddy said.
