A national meet `Samaroh-2006' was organised by the Siva Sivani Institute of Management (SSIM), here.

Delivering the keynote address, Prof P.K. Padhy, of the University of Behrampur, Orissa, stated that human resources management of Indian organisations needs to be taken care of well if organisations need to be endured.

In all, 38 papers were presented by professors, consultants and executives from Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Agra, Aligarh, Jodhpur, Warangal, Hyderabad, Pune, and Gulburga.

In the valedictory address of the two-day event on Saturday last, Ch Mohan Rao, General Manager (HR), Shantha Biotechnics Pvt Ltd, suggested that stakeholders or funding members of companies have to have the mind of enduring corporations. Prof. Kamalakar, Assistant Vice-President, Siva Sivani group of education institutions, presented a report on the activities of SSIM and Prof. Chandra Sekhar S.F, seminar convenor, presented the report on two days of the seminar.
