Zenith Computers defers capital hike

Mumbai, March 13

The board of directors of Zenith Computers has deferred the increase in authorised capital of the company from Rs 32 crore to Rs 50 crore as well as the issue of securities from Rs 100 crore to Rs 300 crore.

These matters have been postponed till the next board meeting, said a statement from the company. The company gave no reasons.
