HOT AGAIN: Drying on at a pepper farm in Kerala's Idukki district. Of late, pepper is witnessing a bullish trend on rising demand and short-supply. Currently, prices for Malabar Grade I are ruling around Rs 7,400 a quintal, up nearly Rs 1,000 during the same time a year ago. Futures prices are also higher around Rs 7,600.
