The board of directors of Viceroy Hotels Ltd has approved the proposals to issue equity shares and warrants.

The company informed the stock exchanges that the board cleared issue of 40,25,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 90 per share and issue of 74,75,000 warrants of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 90 per share.

The board has decided to convene an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders on April 10 to seek their consent for the proposed issue of equity shares and warrants.
