Wipro Info service centre in Mysore

Wipro Infotech has set up a Global Service Management Centre in Mysore to provide integrated service delivery across applications and infrastructure for the India, West Asia and Asia Pacific customers and also act as a back-up centre for global customers.

The Mysore facility, equipped with latest security systems and infrastructure, has a capacity of 400, capable of operating across three shifts. "This will be the nerve centre for providing seamless IT lifecycle services leveraging knowledge, tools and processes and measured through business impact metrics," said Mr Thandava Murthy, Chief Executive, Professional Services, Wipro Infotech.

"This integrated service delivery framework, which leverages Wipro's remote delivery capabilities has substantial advantages over traditional models in terms of service manageability, predictability, reliability and responsiveness," said Mr Suresh Vaswani, President, Wipro Infotech.

Wipro Infotech currently offers infrastructure management services to about 200 customers by managing their IT operations onsite.
