Reliance Capital Vice-Chairman

Mumbai, March 20

Reliance Capital Ltd on Monday informed stock exchanges that Mr Amitabh Jhunjhunwala, Director of the company, has been designated Vice-Chairman at a meeting of its Board of Directors. Mr Jhunjhunwala has been on the RCL Board since March, 2003. He is part of the core management team at Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group and has been involved in the structuring of the new group as also the listing of four ADAG companies. Earlier, he was treasurer, Reliance Industries Ltd.
