Kottackal-based Auto Electronica India Pvt Ltd has developed a mobile and automobile security system to protect the vehicle from theft. The equipment can be fitted in any vehicle and can be operated through mobile phone or a landline. The product works as a burglar alarm and a complete vehicle engine jammer in case of theft. It can be used as a remote starting device for operating air conditioner. There are two models with ordinary features and additional features to start engine through mobile phone. The product is priced at Rs 18,900 and Rs 24,900 respectively. Eminent Automotives India Pvt Ltd, a sister concern of Mustang Motors, Thrissur, is the sole distributor of MASS.
