MeritTrac tests for aerospace

Our Bureau

Bangalore, March 21

MeritTrac Services, the Bangalore-based HR assessment services company, has developed a new suite of assessments for the aerospace domain. Though this mandate came from an IT services company based in Bangalore, "aerospace and aircraft maintenance is an important area of focus for almost all IT biggies in the country," according to Mr Mohan Kannegal, Co-founder and Director, MeritTrac Services.

Boeing, Airbus, Pratt and Whitney are some of the aerospace companies that have been outsourcing software development work to India. MeritTrac's assessments were designed following a study of job descriptions and competency mapping. Drawing on its pool of subject matter experts, MeritTrac has built the question bank, he said.
