Hitachi Global launches support service

Bangalore, March 22

Hard disk drive maker Hitachi Global Storage Technologies launched Hitachi Support Service, offering a nationwide `doorstep pick-up and replacement' commitment. The new service is part of Hitachi's Fast and Flexible Warranty (FFW) Programme, which enables the company's Authorised Distribution Partners to respond quickly to their channel partners on warranty support queries, said the release issued by the company.
