Meet on MCA 21

Madurai, March 23

The Madurai chapter of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, (ICSI), Madurai branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the Madurai chapter of the Institute of Costs and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI) are jointly organising an interactive programme today on MCA 21 implemented recently by the Department of Company Affairs on e-governance, at the Madurai chapter of ICAI. The programme would focus on the MCA 21 project relating to electronic filing of company documents, registration of a new company, pre certification of e-forms, obtaining DIN (Director Identification Number) and digital signatures, an ICSI press release said.
