IT-enabled Services Nipuna CATI centre in Bangalore Our Bureau
Hyderabad , March 23 Nipuna Services Ltd, the BPO subsidiary of Satyam Computer, has launched a 50-seater Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing (CATI) service centre at Bangalore. CATI interviews are designed to suit highly structured questionnaires or where questionnaires involve complicated routing. It increases the speed and accuracy of carrying out telephone interviews, by controlling the sample, quotes and questionnaire flow, thus resulting in lower cost. . A ramp-up is envisaged in Budapest and Kuala Lumpur as near shore centres to capture the native language capabilities across continental Europe and Far East Asia.
