Symantec Corporation has announced the appointment of Mr Anil Chakravarthy as Vice-President of India Technical Operations, based in Pune. Mr Chakravarthy will succeed Mr Sharad Sharma, who has put in his papers to pursue other opportunities. Mr Sharma's resignation comes just under two months after the resignation of Symantec India's Chief Technology Officer, Ms Radha Shelat, who quit in end-January. Ms Shelat has now joined a Silicon Valley based start-up as its global chief of engineering, based in Pune.
