GM to expand marketing network

Hyderabad, March 23

General Motors India is going in for a major expansion of its marketing network. According to the GM India Vice-President, Mr Ankush Arora, the company plans to expand its dealership network during this year to 110 sales points from the existing level of 77 sales points. Addressing newspersons on the eve of the company's launch of `Chevrolet Aveo' in the southern market here on Thursday, he said it is also planning to set up two new parts distribution centres in Maharashtra and Delhi to supplement the two existing centres in Gujarat and Tamil Nadu.
