NCL rights to open on March 27

Hyderabad, March 24

NCL Industries Ltd has announced that its right issue would open on March 27 and close on April 25. The company is offering 1,29,87,860 shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a premium of Rs 8 per share to the existing shareholders in the ratio of four shares for every five shares held.

In a press release here on Friday, the company said the rights issue is aimed at part financing the growth plans involving an investment of Rs 68.22 crore.
