The Hindu Business Line : Pergo to expand retail network

Pergo India, the Indian arm of the Swedish laminate flooring major, will increase its retail network from 55 to 85 in a year, according to the CEO, Mr K.R. Shivashankar. It will also open an exclusive showroom, Pergo Design Centre, in Kolkata. Pergo set foot in India in 1998 and has so far installed 10 million sq ft of laminated floors in the country. The company is focusing on large residential and commercial contracts (like hotels) for growth.
