ELASTIC PRICES: Rubber growers in the country are happy. Price of natural rubber hit nearly a record on Saturday at Rs 83.50 per kg for the RSS-4 grade. Market analysts say the scarcity in the domestic and international markets is driving the prices up even as the Automotive Tyre Manufacturers' Association has decided to import about 25,000 kg.
