APPM commissions boiler

Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills Ltd (APPM) has commissioned a chemical recovery boiler with burning capacity of 1,300 tonnes a day at its Rajahmundry plant. The company has invested some Rs 205 crore on the eco-friendly plant, which includes an evaporator, de-mineralisation plants, and a compact disc filter, according to a release. The new facility is part of the Rs 635-crore Mills Development Plan that APPM has embarked upon.
