Infosys pro murder: Suspects nabbed

Kevin Dias and Vicky Manthora, the prime suspects in the murder of Vikram Poddar , an Infosys executive, have been nabbed by a team consisting of the Pune city police, Crime branch and the Hinjewadi police.

Talking to presspersons Mr D.N. Jadhav, City Police Commissioner, said the prime suspects were nabbed from Dungarpur district in Rajasthan. They have been booked under the Sections 302, 363 of the Indian Penal Code Act and would be produced in the local court in Pune, Mr Jadhav said. The body of Poddar was found near Pen on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway on March 16. It is said that Poddar, who had left his office premises on March 14, on his way home to Mumbai, had hitched a ride in a car driven by the suspects.
