Suryajyoti Spg converts warrants

Hyderabad, March 28

Suryajyoti Spinning Mills Ltd (SSML) has informed the stock exchanges that its share allotment committee has approved the conversion of 6 lakh warrants at Rs 29 per share (including a premium of Rs 19 per share) into 6 lakh equity shares in favour of the promoters. Mr Arun Kumar Agarwal and Mrs Neha Agarwal were allotted 3 lakh shares each.
