RNRL plans Rs 1,100-cr pref issue

Reliance Natural Resources Ltd (RNRL) is seeking shareholders' approval for a preferential share issue of Rs 1,100 crore. RNRL has informed the stock exchanges that an EGM for the purpose has been convened on April 14. The shares will be priced "not less than" Rs 25.65 per equity share of Rs 5 each. The issue/allotment of shares/warrants could be in one or more tranches and can be subscribed by domestic/foreign institutions, institutional investors, banks, mutual funds, insurance companies, bodies corporate, individuals, and other entities.
