Sonata Software Ltd has launched Packaged Analytics and Dashboard software solutions to extend the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Dynamics is MS's offering to small and medium businesses. The new solutions by Sonata will address the business intelligence and analytics needs of finance, sales, promotion, procurement, inventory, production and customer service managers, said the release issued by the company. Users can also upgrade from earlier version of Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics CRM using a host of upgrade services by Sonata. The company has established Centres of Excellence on Microsoft Dynamics and Business Intelligence, to extend the benefits offered by Dynamics.
