KSEB bond repayments

The Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) proposes to repay by March 31 Rs 10.19 crore, being the first instalment of its non-SLR Bond Series Vii A issued during year 2000-01. An official spokesman said here that an intimation to this effect has been sent to the bondholders concerned. The cheques which includes interest up to March 31, 2006 have already been sent to the bondholders who have surrendered the bond certificates. Those who have not yet surrendered their bond certificates have been directed to do so and collect the redemption cheques from the office of the Financial Adviser, KSEB Board, Vidyuthi Bhavanam, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram.
